Your experience is important

Have you earnestly tried Lull, at least 5 minutes a day? If so, and you’re not loving it, we offer a 60 day risk free return policy on “like new” products in the original packaging to the contiguous United States.

As long as you return your item to us, in like new condition and in its original packaging, we will refund you in full minus what it costs us for the return shipment.

A few details

All returns must be approved by InclineRx within 60 days of receipt.

Once approved, a return shipping label will be issued and sent to you by email.

Returns expire after 60 days. Please contact us if you need additional time.

Items damaged beyond the expected wear from light use will incur an additional fee to cover repairs or part-replacement.

We typically process returns within 3 business days of receipt. After a return has been inspected by our staff, a refund will be issued. Please allow up to 5 business days for your credit card provider to process the refund.

International orders

International orders/Canadian orders are eligible for returns; Please note, a return shipment fee will be deducted from your return.
